A business socially responsible toward the environment and committed to your rest.

1 · Stay, hours and availability

  • Check-in: 3:00 PM.
  • Check-out: 12:00 PM (15-minute grace period). After that, a $250.00 MXN charge applies.
  • Early check-in / late check-out: $250.00 MXN per two-hour block, strictly subject to availability.
  • Registration: only previously registered guests may enter. If travelling with minors, a CURP or birth certificate must be presented on arrival.

2 · Payment and cancellation

  • Payment: the full amount or any remaining balance must be settled before entering the room.
  • Refunds: deposits are non-refundable, and no refunds are given for early departures.
  • Rescheduling: a reservation may be postponed once to a new date.

3 · Cleaning and maintenance

  • Room cleaning: once a day, on request, from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM (Monday to Saturday). There is no cleaning service on Sundays.
  • Extra service: any additional cleaning requested costs $150.00 MXN.
  • Responsible use: please turn off the air conditioning when leaving the room to support our environmental policies. Hanging towels on railings or wet clothing in the gardens is not allowed.
  • Keys: a lost room key carries a $250.00 MXN replacement fee.

4 · Shared spaces

  • Pool: open 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM. Food is not allowed in the pool or at its edge.
  • Atmosphere: excessive noise, loud music and parties in rooms or gardens are not allowed, so everyone can rest.
  • Conduct: out of respect for others, please do not move through shared areas undressed or change outside the bathrooms.

5 · Food, drink and substances

  • Smoke-free property: smoking or using illicit substances inside the rooms or anywhere in the hotel is strictly prohibited. Violations incur a $1,700.00 MXN sanitization fee or removal from the premises.
  • Food: outside food is allowed; however, strong-smelling items (such as fish or seafood) may only be eaten in the hotel's open areas.
  • Drinks: alcoholic beverages are allowed in moderation.
  • Pets: for hygiene reasons, pets are not accepted.

6 · Liability and departure

  • Damages: any damage to furniture, linens (sheets and towels), electronics or infrastructure during the stay is the guest's responsibility and must be covered before departure.
  • Final inspection: at check-out, our staff will inspect the room in your presence. The hotel is not responsible for forgotten items if the inspection was not done together. If we find belongings, we will contact you.
