In accordance with Mexico's Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP), Jabal Inn informs its guests and visitors how it collects, uses and protects their personal data.
Data controller
Hotel Jabal Inn, located at Calle 12, Tixmucuy, Campeche, México, is responsible for the use and protection of your personal data.

Data we collect
- Identification: full name, date of birth, nationality and official ID details at check-in.
- Contact: email, phone and, where applicable, the social media profile you wrote to us from.
- Stay: arrival and departure dates, room preferences, and any dietary or accessibility requirements you share voluntarily.
- Payment: data needed to process your deposit or payment. We do not store full card numbers; these are processed by the payment gateway we use in each case.
How we use your data
- To manage your reservation, arrival, stay and departure.
- To coordinate tours, transfers and concierge services you request.
- To comply with legal and tax obligations (invoicing, guest registration).
- To communicate with you during your stay and, if you authorize it, send occasional information about the house after your visit.
Who we share your data with
We only share information with third parties when strictly necessary to provide the service (for example, an authorized guide for Edzná tours or a payment gateway) or when required by a competent authority. In all cases we require an equivalent level of protection from those parties.
We never sell, rent or transfer your data to third parties for marketing purposes.
Your rights (ARCO)
You have the right to access your personal data, rectify it if it is outdated or inaccurate, cancel it when you consider it no longer necessary, or object to its use for specific purposes. You may also withdraw the consent you have given.
To exercise any of these rights, write to hoteljabalinn9@gmail.com with your full name, an ID proving ownership, and the specific request. We will respond within a maximum of 20 business days.
Retention and security
We keep your data for as long as necessary to fulfil your reservation and our legal obligations (typically five tax years). We apply reasonable technical and administrative measures to protect it against loss, theft or unauthorized access.
Cookies and analytics
This site may use analytics tools to understand how the page is navigated (routes, most-viewed pages, load times). That information is processed in aggregate and anonymously, and does not identify you personally.
